How do I unsubscribe?

If you want to unsubscribe from Prosperi Academy, please refer to the instructions below:

TABLE OF CONTENTS

• Subscribed through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play?
• Subscribed from within the Android app/Google Play?
• Subscribed from within the iOS/App Store?

1. Log in to your Prosperi account. (Need help? How do I log in?)
2. Go to Prosperi Profile and click the Settings icon (top right corner)
3. Select Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Follow the instructions.

If you subscribed through our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, please follow the instructions above: Prosperi Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. This will redirect you to the website page, where you have to log in and cancel your subscription in Profile Settings. Make sure to receive confirmation of your cancellation.

Subscribed from within the Android app?

Please follow these instructions:

1. Open the Play Store App
2. Tap on the icon in the top right corner
3. Tap on the Payments and Subscriptions option
4. Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the app icon.

Subscribed from within the App Store?

1. Go to the iPhone's Settings ⚙️
2. Tap on Your name at the top of the screen
3. Select Subscriptions from the list 
4. Find subscription options related to the Prosperi Academy app
5. Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button

After Cancellation:

You will receive a confirmation email or a message on the screen. You can still access the platform until the end of your subscription period.
