Why is the app locked?

Our business operates on a subscription basis, which means that a buyer is billed the regular subscription amount. Access to the platform will be locked if the subscription is not automatically renewed. In order to regain access and continue enjoying our services, you will need to renew your subscription.

If you are subscribed through the AppStore:
1) Go to the iPhone's Settings
2) Tap on *Your name* and choose Subscriptions
3) Tap the subscription options related to the Prosperi app
4) Tap on the Renew button

If you are subscribed through the Google play:
1) Please open the Play Store App
2) Tap on the icon in the top right corner
3) Tap on the Payments and subscriptions option
4) Tap on the Subscriptions section and renew your subscription

If you are subscribed through the website:
1) Open our app and log in using your credentials.
2) Navigate to the Subscription section in your Profile. You may find this option in the Settings menu.
3) Within the Subscription section, you will find the necessary information and options to renew your subscription.
4) Select the desired subscription plan and proceed with the renewal process as prompted.

Once you have successfully renewed your subscription, your access to the app will be restored, and you can continue to benefit from our services!
